I used to work with Halcyon at Newbury Comics and we're still
really good friends,
but sometimes I still feel this weird need to do a silly cartoon
about him.
This time, he's the quasi-partner of James Bond, but he's not
really pulling his own
weight as a world class super spy like Bond.
